Sparkle Creation is a skincare product that is to be used as a body lotion. The main aim was to create a product that exfoliates, moisturizes, and protects the skin from sun rays; all in one bottle. This is a project that will save time and also leaves your skin beautiful and healthy.
Target Audience
This product is created for women who are extremely busy, and at the same time want to take care of their skin. It will be dermatologically tested and approved to be used in all skin types. With the type of ingredients in the products; the main target is women in their late 20s in age and continuing. There is no age limit in the usage of this product because women in their 50s and 60s also need these kinds of ingredients to rejuvenate their skin. Furthermore, it contains SPF 40; which is a sunblock; which is genius because you will not have to apply sunblock when you are in between meetings on a busy day.
Competition
As this is not the only product in the market, competition will be very much aggressive towards well-established companies with big names that have been around for a long time. And again, competition will be against products that focus primarily on one problem at a time. For example, there are SPF 40 products already and a lot of work will need to be done in order to gain customer trust.
Marketing
Market intelligence gathering is also one important deliberate management practice. You want to know who your potential buyers are; what their quality expectations are as well as competitors and their competitive edge over you. Social media will be the main tool to utilize to reach our target’s eyes. It is cheap and very effective. I will approach companies will women’s dominance and give them samples to test, this way; a fraction of them will surely love the product and become customers.

As far as I think this intervention is enough to address the problem’s causes, I do not. We never know how we are going to grieve whenever we lose a loved one. We all deal with the pain, but some people deal with it a bit differently. As far as Sarah, this has become a problem. She is doing damage to her life and body. Excessive alcohol consumption and smoking is bad, especially 2 packs per day. Plus, she lives in an unclean environment. She could cause other damages like lung cancer and heart damage. As stated in the syllabus, the book review is to be 10 pages in length, not including the title page and reference page. 
A book review is a description, critical analysis, and an evaluation on the quality, meaning, and significance of a book, not a retelling. It should focus on the book’s purpose, content, and authority. A critical book review is not a book report or a summary. It is a reaction paper in which strengths and weaknesses of the material are analyzed. It should include a statement of what the author has tried to do, evaluates how well (in the opinion of the reviewer) the author has succeeded, and presents evidence to support this evaluation.
The following are standard procedures for writing book reviews; they are suggestions, not formula that must be used.  These items should be included in the review, but you are not answering a series of questions.
1.  Write a statement giving essential information about the book: title, author, first copyright date, type of book, general subject matter, special features (maps, color plates, etc.),
2.  State the author’s purpose in writing the book. Sometimes authors state their purpose in the preface or the first chapter. When they do not, you may arrive at an understanding of the book’s purpose by asking yourself these questions:
3.  Why did the author write on this subject rather than on some other subject?
4.  From what point of view is the work written?
5.  Was the author trying to give information, to explain something technical, to convince the reader of a belief’s validity by dramatizing it in action?

12.  Evaluate the book for interest, accuracy, objectivity, importance, thoroughness, and usefulness to its intended audience. Show whether the author’s main arguments are true. Respond to the author’s opinions. What do you agree or disagree with? And why? Illustrate whether or not any conclusions drawn are derived logically from the evidence. Explore issues the book raises. Purpose, Focus, and Suggested Approaches for the Assignment
By this point, you have undoubtedly noted the role that technology has played in furthering the human rights movement. Since the earliest stirrings of the movement, human creativity has been linked to technological advancements to disseminate information and tell the stories that propel social change. In this era we are experiencing the revolutionary impact that digital technologies are having on every human endeavor, from work to play to social change. Thus for this unit it seems appropriate to focus on one of the most exciting developments in human rights advocacy—the Internet video. This tool enables everyone with a digital camera and Internet access to be a reporter, a filmmaker, and an activist. With so many people involved, neither repressive governments nor abusive corporations can avoid international public scrutiny or control the flow of information. What Lewis Hines’ photographs did for child labor and Dorothea Lange’s did to document the Great Depression, countless individuals are currently doing with YouTube videos.
For this assignment, explore the web and locate a video that deals with some aspect of human rights. You may focus on any of the topics that we have covered thus far, or you may investigate another contemporary issue, such as torture, sex trafficking, violence against women, police brutality, freedom of speech, persecution of journalists, demands for democracy, modern day slavery, the death penalty, etc. As long as the video addresses an issue covered by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, it will be acceptable.
Suggested Resources
Since this resource is so new and since the content changes rapidly, making specific recommendations is somewhat difficult. Obviously YouTube is an important resource. The major human rights organizations, such as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, post videos on this site, along with those prepared by amateurs. Quality will vary widely, but I’m interested in exploring a broad range of materials, so the assignment is open-ended. Another significant site in maintained by WITNESS, an activist organization started by singer/songwriter Peter Gabriel to train human rights activists in the use of film to spread their messages. You will also find videos posted on many of the activist organization sites, as well as on the United Nations’ website. You may want to use one from the organization on which you are writing your semester paper.

To identify areas of need, nurses must use evidence from various sources, such as the literature, clinical practice guidelines (CPG), professional organization practice alerts or position papers, and protocols. The challenge facing many care environments and health care practitioners is how to plan for change and implement changes. For, if we cannot effectively implement changes in practice or procedure, than our goals of improving care will likely amount to nothing. This assessment focuses on allowing you to practice locating, assessing, analyzing, and implementing change strategies in order to improve patient outcomes related to one or more clinical goals.

Consider the current environment. In chapter three, we learned more about the mental, physical, and emotional development of infants to toddlers. Attachment influences and involves all three of these categories, it can be defined as the relationship shared between a caregiver and an infant that produces a sense of security. (Lally & Valentine-French, 2019, Pg. 101) John Bowlby’s Theory supports the concept that attachment that is formed between an infant and their caregiver continues through adulthood. In his theory, the caregiver would be the mother of the infant and the two would share a strong connection or attachment. In order to achieve such a strong healthy bond, it would need a caregiver that is attentive to all the child’s needs and the two would interact in a shared positive manner. The article, “How Attachment Styles Affect Adult Relationships” digs further into the reasoning behind this correlation between attachment in infancy to adulthood relationships and qualities. The author, Jeanne Segal, has a master’s in psychology and her Ph.D. in sociology and is known as a parenting expert on Attachment Parenting analyzed that there are four categories of attachment: secure, ambivalent, avoidant-dismissive, and disorganized. (WebAdminKith) For each of the categories, there were corresponding effects on adult relationships and how one perceives affection. Co-author, Jaelline Jaffe, provided some solutions for those who consider themselves to be in the insecure attachment. Jaelline Jaffe earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from USC and specializes in psychotherapy, attachment issues, and life transitions in young adults. Jaffe recommended that talking to a therapist can improve your or your partner’s overall communication skills, emotional intelligence, seek securely attached people, and heal childhood trauma. The healthy attachment style that falls into the Bowlby Theory would be secure attachment. The secure attachment translates into adult relationships by maintaining emotional balance, being able to bounce back from any problems, and feeling comfortable enough to express one’s feelings in the relationship.

Paula sacks is a specialized social worker who specializes on adult attachement disorders. From what I read, Secure Attachement style is where a child is secure enough to socialize freely with their caregiver and with a stranger. The child has a healthy reaction to the presence of the caregiver or a stranger. Children who develop this style of attachment, will later have long lasting relationships as adults since they are pleasant to be around with. They mastered the social skills to be understanding and warm since they grew up in a nurturing environment. A nurturing environment would consist of the child feeling safe, seen/heard, and valued. Showing a child their value boost their self esteem, which truly has an effect later on in life. Children who grow up with a high self-esteem will be able to communicate their feelings in a relationship. adults with this type of attachment don’t need reassurance and can be totally ok in being alone.

Contact comfort was theorized by Wisconsin University psychologists Harry and Margaret Harlow. They observed the reactions newborn monkeys when given the option of food from a cold wire mother who provided no heat, and another inanimate mother who had no food to offer, but provided heat for the baby monkey. Their studies lead them to make the conclusion that an infant needs comfort and physical closeness/touch. Both monkeys and human babies need a secure base that allows them to feel safe.
Olfactory comfort is something many people in a relationship find themselves doing. It has to do with familiarity of a loved one and how it reduces stress, anxiety, and even increases happiness or comfort. It comes in the form of the smell an individual leaves on their shirt, or pictures someone can out around their room to remember their significant other. It’s a very common thing that is done when there is a longing for an absent partner. This information comes from chapter 4 of the book, Olfactory Cognition: From perception and memory to environmental odours and neuroscience,” which was written by Donald H. McBurney who teaches Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh.
