150 word response to the below (APA, ask questions, Provide recommendations to other strategies that are useful):A MarTech Stack is essentially a combination of different software services or tools used to run all marketing operations. With “up to a total of 8,000 martech solutions” available to a marketer, it can be challenging determining the right combination of technologies needed to achieve business goals and objectives (Brinker, 2021). Today, “marketers must strategically engineer their marketing stack with a host of solutions that navigate through the noise and deliver solid ROI” (Yu, 2017).HelpSystems can be considered as having a large martech stack already with multiple CRM, analytic, ABM, and even more tools at their fingertips. However, with so many technologies being utilized, it can be hard to determine if this investment in tools is providing a return on the marketing investment. My suggested strategy for HelpSystems would be to first “identify strategy, goals and the most significant metrics that will impact the company’s success” (Yu, 2017). After building this strategy and identifying goals and metrics, the company should evaluate the current stack they already have and identify which technologies the department will continue to use, and which technologies can be improved. After evaluating the current martech stack, the team can evaluate and remove any platform that no longer serves the fundamental needs of the company. Hopefully freeing up some budget, and allowing opportunity for more improvement, HelpSystems can focus on choosing the best tools that integrate with their existing stack.The strategy of building a martech strategy and then identifying if the current martech stack meets their budget constraints and overall business goals would contribute in the business’ success in that it tightens up the stack they already have in place to be more efficient, budget friendly, and improve ROMI. “An effective marketing technology stack uses best-of-breed platforms intelligently, maximizing the individual potential of each technology, thereby creating a system that is greater than the sum of its parts” (Yu, 2017).ReferencesBrinker, S.  This paper is for a counseling program. For the sources you can look them up online and I can provide you with the link to the book. I will attach the first three papers. I already provided some comments to the answers and you can expand on that and add some literature.

When did you first notice the idea of becoming a counselor?
(MY OWN COMMENT: I noticed the idea of becoming an academic counselor after I have been through many struggles in school and I had counselors who helped me reach this point. I also am the type of person who likes to listen to others share their stories and try to give some advice.)
What told you that it was important to you?
(It is important to me because I want to give back what I have received. I want to be there for other undocumented, immigrant students and also students from different backgrounds and I want to encourage them to pursue an education. My inner voice told me how important it is to support others who are doubting themselves it motivates see others succeed.)
How did your experience in this program impact your identity as a future counselor?
( This program has taught me about a lot of perspectives and theories I was not aware of. It definitely prepared me to work with different kinds of people. I learned that the same method does not work for everyone. Each individual is different and I need to work with each one in a different way. I learned a lot about self awareness and how to be careful with my language. Something that is really important that I have learned is that the counselor or therapist is not always the expert but the client is in some cases. This is something I did not think of before. My identity as a counselor has completely changed because now I feel more prepared and excited to start my counseling journey. I was more self conscious before and did not have as much courage as now.)
What are you currently doing that is a reflection of your preferred ways of practicing counseling as a profession?
(Currently I am trying to do some practice sessions with family in friends to prepare myself to work with actual clients. I think the more practice I have the easier it becomes for it to flow. I also try to rely on theories that I have learned throughout the program).
What are some of the new insights you have gained through this capstone project? (Be sure to ground your insights in the literature by using citations.) (This project has helped me realize which theories work for me and how I need to use different methods for different clients. It also gave me an opportunity to talk to other experts in the field)

Now that we are half-way through the course, share what you have learned about your communication skills.

One thing that I’ve learned with regards to my communication skills is that I have so much more to learn about the one thing that quite frankly expresses and creates realities among people. I also learned that there are many facets of communication to develop and being aware of this will give you a leg up in terms of receiving the outcomes you’re looking for.
In addition, since you are going to be working on revising your outlines to write your final proposals, what do you think about revision? The novelist, John Irving said, “Half my life is an act of revision.”

I think revision is a written version of what living feedback looks like. I have to get in the habit more of letting others whose judgment, expertise, and knowledge based I trust to help me revise any paper work or written communication. Revision is truly key in ensuring that the best possible outcome of that communication is ultimately realized.

How much revision do you use in your communication? Consider the “Ten Principles of Power Editing” found in Chapter 5.

I honestly don’t do too much revision of my communication which again is an area I need to develop more and work on. I used to when I was doing my undergrad work, but it has tapered off a bit.

Which ones do you use and why are they helpful to you? Why?

I use a lot of the “Give It Some Space” aspect of revision. I think with the way my brain works, I’m a huge processor. I have to take my time with certain level of information given to me or else I’ve completely disconnected. Likewise, when it comes to writing, sometimes the information that has just left my psyche needs a moment away from me so that I can come back to it after much reflection and contemplation.

How will you revise your outline to write your full plan?

I’m going to utilize role switching as well as annotation more with this writing project.

Critical Thinking Case studiesIt came to the attention of the Mr. Faisal Al Qarni, CEO of a Alqarni company (A small Jeddah based company) that there was a difficulty between two employees who had been working together for some time but recently appeared to have major differences that were affecting their entire department. Two employees Amal and Haifa had been working together for a few years. They were in the same department and reported to the same departmental manager. Amal had been at the company longer and was senior to Haifa. Mr. Faisal was being approached by both Amal and Haifa at different times. They complaint against each other about the harassment and bullying. Mr. Faisal asked HR Manager to listen their issues and try to resolve as soon as possible. HR Manager has spent increasing amounts of time speaking to them, taking notes of their points and comments, meeting with their department manager. Haifa had felt under pressure from Amal since she joined the company. She raised the issue with her departmental manager; however, she felt that nothing had changed. Both the parties were accusing the other of bullying and harassment. Amal had a no-nonsense approach and felt that some aspects of Haifa’s work needed improvement. She had asked for these changes in ways that she felt had been clear and fair. Haifa kept going to management with the allegation of bullying by Amal. Haifa felt her work performance had been made subject to very public comment in team meetings and she felt embarrassed and singled out. She felt she could do no right as far as Amal was concerned. She liked her job. It was close to her home so she was able to take her children to school and pick them up on her way home. Both parties were thinking about leaving if the situation could not be worked out. They reluctantly agreed to mediation but neither wanted to change jobs. solved This item of coursework, a blog piece of no more

This item of coursework, a blog piece of no more than 1500 words, this task requires students to advise any organization of their choice on how to effectively manage international marketing activities against the backdrop of recent and continuing global developments – global pandemics; advances in digitalization and technology; drive for netzero or environmental sustainability; heightened focus on social justice and inclusion; and rising global trade frictions and power dynamics.
Students are required to focus their discussion on one or two of the above global developments and relate their advice to no more than two of the following areas:
(a)          international product/service decisions or strategies;
(b)          international distribution decisions or strategies;
(c)          international communication decisions or strategies
(d)          international pricing decisions or strategies;
(e)          international supply chain decisions;
(f)           country market selection for international markets;
(g)          entry mode selection for international markets.
Higher marks are likely to be gained by submissions which demonstrate understanding of how the complex and dynamic environmental context faced by international marketers could be managed through effective international marketing decision making.                                                                                        Students must use a referencing style that conforms to one of the international standards and pay regard to the passage in the student handbook which states: “All work submitted …. must be expressed in the student’s own words and must incorporate his or her own ideas and judgements”. These paragraphs will conclude with a clear statement of how your solution will impact grades, attendance,and school behavior. SECTION I-Problem and Solution Statements Describe the problem and area of focus stating its significance for the school. 2. Describe your solution with literature demonstrating how it speaks to the problem. 3. Develop research questions stating them in English.Revise and keep revising this part of your paper as your ideas, the data, and the literature informs your opinion and perspectiveBeginning with an introduction to this section that states what will be covered in the section, introduce the most general information about the topic and become more specific. If the topic were tutoring Black males, the first point of discussion might be the emphasis on school accountability with the ensuing pressure on students to perform. After contrasting the academic history of White and students of color, additional focus could be made on Black males. Once their under-performance is established, various interventions that have been tried could be overviewed including tutoring. Experiences and data with tutoring of Black males would set up the final topic describing the tutoring program used in your study. SECTION II-Review of LiteratureDefine the factors involved in your area of focus, e.g., the curriculum, school setting, student outcomes, and intervention strategies.Define your terms. Research these topics and connect your research to them. Include issues that seemingly disagree with you and how you will address those issues.Describe the intervention or innovation to be implemented.You can use an appendix to include the actual materials you will use, but you should be able to describe your process and what your materials actually do. Connect these ideas to data (#11) and tools (#11).3. Include information about programs that are the same or similar to yours. 4. Discuss the details of any instrument you are using or making connecting it to issues like validity, reliability, and appropriateness for your situation. Who has used this instrument or something like. 5. Discuss theoretical and research support for your research project. Include a section on the human growth and development issue(s) that are important in your study.

solved Part 1: Watch the YouTube video, Sex & the Price

Part 1: Watch the YouTube video, Sex & the Price of Masculinity, here:https://youtu.be/MOSU7B8iR-Q (Links to an external site.)and respond to 3 of the following questions:

What are some reactions you experienced, both positive and negative, while watching the video? Why do you think you had these experiences?
How would you define sexual consent?
From your understanding, is this situation common? Is this something that good people could do without even realizing it? Why or why not?
How was compassion relevant in this story? Why do you think compassion is important in sexual situations?
How do you think students overall could improve on clear sexual communication?

Respond to this classmate
How would you define sexual consent?:
I would define sexual consent as both individuals granting full permission and being completely accepting of receiving or giving certain sexual acts upon their partner. Both individuals need to verbally state and confirm what their limits are and understand as well as respect their wishes. There should in no way or form ever be hesitance or pressure from either party while doing so. Moreover, sexual consent needs to remain throughout the entirety of the sexual activities.
From your understanding, is this situation common? Is this something that good people could do without even realizing it? Why or why not?:
From my understanding I believe this situation is common, I’ve heard similar stories from friends and coworkers both guys and girls. There seems to be this common situation that even when expressed beforehand on what an individual’s limit may be, if a single form of sexual act begins it just keeps escalating until intercourse occurs. As mentioned in the video the sad part is that most individuals would just go along with it. I think certain situations are very specific, but I do believe that at times this is something that good people could do without even realizing it. It shouldn’t ever occur but as mentioned in the video sometimes individuals don’t have the strength to fight their sexual desires and check up on the other individual to see if they’re still ok with it or give consent.
How do you think students overall could improve on clear sexual communication?:
One way students could overall improve on clear sexual communication is by discussing with the other individual what their limit is and what sexual activities they’re ok with. Moreover, throughout intimacy both individuals should check up on each other and verbally ask and confirm if they’re still ok with it if the situation were to escalate or change.

solved Discussion 1(A): Factors Affecting Transitions to AdulthoodCultural and socioeconomic status

Discussion 1(A): Factors Affecting Transitions to AdulthoodCultural and socioeconomic status may be factors in the transition to adulthood no matter the class or culture. For example, middle class status, advanced education, or other factors do not shield clients from difficult transitions. Or, clients present with a mixture of factors, such as a history of financial insecurity that has changed, movement from one economic or social class to another, or a cultural identity shaped by moving between cultures.The case studies in your text highlight a range of factors affecting transitions into adulthood. As a social worker, how would you address a chosen case study through the lens of human behavior and the environment? What specific skills could you apply? In this Discussion, you examine these and other related issues.To Prepare: Review the Case Studies found in Chapter 7 of the course text. Choose one to focus on for this Discussion.Explain how cultural and socioeconomic status may affect the transition to adulthood featured in your chosen case study.Describe two practice skills you could apply when working with the individuals and families in your chosen case study.Describe an additional strategy each colleague can use to assist workign with the individuals and families in the chosen case study.Recommend types of supports or resources each colleague could apply with the individuals and families from the chosen case study now or in the future.Discussion 1 (B): Addressing the Cognitive, Spiritual, and Identity Development in Young AdulthoodYoung adulthood is a time when an individual continues to explore personal identity and her or his relationship to the world. It is during this time that young adults explore who they are and what they want out of work, school, and love. They are expanding, refining, and challenging existing belief systems and focusing on things that give meaning, purpose, and direction to their lives. As such, cognition, spirituality, and identity are intertwined aspects of this process. For this Discussion, you identify traditional markers associated with young adulthood and analyze the major theoretical perspectives that have shaped development in the life course. Post the following:Describe two traditional markers associated with young adult development.Describe roles that social workers can adopt in addressing the outcomes of development in young adulthood.Explain how one theoretical perspective can be used to analyze development at this stage.Explain why you agree or disagree with your colleague’s use of a theoretical approach.

Each of the two comments should be at least 200 words (include a word count) on two different classmates’ posts each module to receive full credit.
Posts: For this post, select one work of art (two-dimensional or three-dimensional art) has NOT been already analyzed or extensively discussed in the course readings or videos…part of the fun in learning about art is in DISCOVERING it!  You are required to make one post.  In a narrative format, the post should contain the following elements:

Define and Identify: Brief information about the artist and work.  For example, birth/death dates, place of birth or work, where work is displayed, name of work, medium of work, context for creation of work.
Experience and Appreciation: For example, where you found the work (website, another book, museum), what made you select the work, what about this work speaks to you.
Observe and Analyze: Use and underline three terms that were introduced in the module to observe/analyze your chosen work.  Add any other relevant information to improve your paper.
Critique and Compare: Compare your work to similar pieces or to examples used in the module.  Consider the impact of the work on a particular social angle and/or the evolution of the media.  Consider the impact of experiencing the work on your general outlook on the medium or appreciation of art.
Apply Social Angles AND Context: Identify at least one social angle from the list below that can be observed or analyzed as part of the work.  Address how the social angle is connected to the work.  Plus, a thorough contextual analysis of the historical, cultural, and social implications should be discussed.

race and ethnicity,
gender and sexuality,
class and highbrow/low,
colonialism, postcolonialism, place and regionalism,
nature (environment, ecology) and culture,
memory, history, generational identity,
food culture, and
body and mind

Students will be expected to define, identify, and apply at least three terms (underline them so I can quickly find them) from the module in the post. Make sure to underline the terms so that I can quickly identify them.  College-level writing and mechanics are expected; however, the purpose of this assignment is to move from experiencing art to analyzing art to evaluating art. Make sure to include a references section at the end of every post, even if you only cite the lecture video. All in-text citations and references should be in MLA.
Here is a pdf file containing a discussion post from a previous semester that earned an “A” to help give you an idea of what is expected.
