/in /by adminChoose one prescription drug that has a generic available (the pharmacy MUST sell both the generic and the brand of the chosen drug) and one over-the-counter (OTC) drug you would be likely to recommend to patients. Next locate one pharmacy from each of the four different types listed below:
Large chain pharmacies such as Walgreens, CVS, Eckard’s, etc.
Grocery store associate pharmacies such as Publix, Kroger, etc.
Privately owned local pharmacy
Pharmacy associated with a “big box†store such as Target, Walmart, etc.
Do not use any drugs on the pharmacy’s four dollar or other special price list. If the pharmacy has a “club card,†coupons or other special way of getting lower cost, do not use this cost. The cost you are examining is the “cash price†for uninsured patients.
Compare the cash cost of the brand and the generic of the prescription drug, and the OTC drug brand and generic making sure that the dose (milligrams, micrograms, etc.), form (caps, tablets, etc.), and number of pills are the same. (Example: Synthroid .05 milligrams and levothyroxine .05 milligrams, prescription for 30 pills. Tylenol 500 mg. and Acetaminophen 500mg, 100 gel caps.)
Include the city and state of the pharmacies. (Miami, FL)

/in /by adminPlease write a minimum of 800 words for the JournalÂ
This week you’ve been turning your outlines into rough drafts, and trying to figure out how to convince a focused audience (a single person, a group, or a government organization). While much of this work is similar to what you did for your research project, it’s more personal. You’re speaking as an individual with opinions based on what someone else said. You have to respond to their words, and give your position whether in agreement, disagreement, or both. While you may feel strongly about the thing you’re responding to, you can’t just rant at the other party you have to support your opinions with evidence and strategies.
For this journal I want you to talk about what it’s been like preparing and writing the first draft of this letter. Have you found it much different from writing a research paper? Are you trying out new rhetorical techniques? Is it harder to argue a point to a singular person or group as opposed to a broad audience? How has writing in a personal way differed from writing a research paper? Do you see a connection between writing this letter and writing the narrative essay?
You can also write about anything else associated with our class this week.

/in /by adminHomework: Warranties Submitting a text entry boxLook around your house, apartment, or dorm and see if you can find an instruction manual or user guide from a product you’ve purchased at some point. Any kind of small home appliance (coffee maker, toaster, curling iron, etc.) or electronic device (laptop, phone, tablet, etc.) would work for this assignment. If you can’t find a manual that you’ve saved, think of a product you own and see if you can find the user manual or guide online. Look through your manual/guide and find the information relating to product warranties, and answer the following questions: What is the product you decided to use?Where is the warranty information for the product located? For example, did you locate an instruction booklet or user guide for the product? Is the warranty information easy to find? Is it listed before or after other information about the product?Does the product come with any express warranties? If so, what are they? Are there any warranty disclaimers? If a warranty is disclaimed, describe how the disclaimer is printed. Often, you’ll find disclaimers printed in large, bold font. Is there any other interesting or relevant information about the warranties that you’d like to share?

/in /by adminPlease, cite one paragraph from each assigned reading( there are 6 readings in total), covering all readings. After each cited paragraph, please add a brief description or explanation of why you chose that particular paragraph. For each citation, please let readers know that you are paraphrasing, as well as which articles you are citing, by using a proper in-text citation format. Citation format refers to the usage of forms such as (Author, Year: Page). Please, do a bit of research, if you are not familiar with such formats. (No specific bibliography style preferred.) At the end of the document, please add a Bibliography, or Works Cited, listing all cited readings. You are expected to include a Bibliography, or Works Cited at the end, not because your professor or reader would not know which articles you are referring to, but because it is an exercise of following academic conventions. It is not necessary to allocate equal space for each reading. That is, you can feel free to give more details explanation or description for some readings more than others.About half page or 3/4 page per reading note ( there are total 6 readings)Here is the readings in the rar files. /in /by adminYou learned about the different external environments of business, including the technological environment. Â In our technological environment, companies create new technologies faster than human beliefs and institutions can change and adapt to them. Â This creates an ambiguous area within which companies find themselves operating. While their new product may not be restricted legally, it certainly can create some ethical dilemmas. Â The self-driving car is a prime example. Â For this assignment, watch the video below and respond to the question that follows. Write your response in complete sentences. It should be evident by your response that you watched the video, reflected on what you watched, and provided thoughtful feedback to the question posed.Â
Many people believe that autonomous cars will save a lot of lives—tens of thousands every year in the U.S. alone. Does that fact reduce the need to think about rare ethical dilemmas where a few innocent people may be injured or harmed? That is, does the greater good or utility excuse any bad outcomes? Can you think of scenarios—whether about robot cars or anything else—where the greater good does not justify a bad action, such as a few wrongful deaths?
